7 April 2000 CrystalMaker 4.0 has received critical acclaim in a new
online review by Macworld.com, earning 4.5 out of a total of 5 "mice".
The reviewer, Charles Seiter, was particularly impressed by the program's ease-of-use and in particular the outstanding graphics - "the best-looking crystal structures imaginable". He also singled out the printed user's guide as "the most comprehensive and best-produced manual I've seen for a science product in years".
