Do you have an older licence?
SingleCrystal 2 is a major new version, and requires a new licence code, subject to payment of an upgrade fee. If you have a licence for SingleCrystal version 1 (2005–2009) , you will need to purchase an upgrade to version 2.
SingleCrystal 2.2.2 for Mac
Mac OS X 10.7 "Lion", 10.6 "Snow Leopard", 10.5 "Leopard" or 10.4 "Tiger". This universal binary runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs.
SingleCrystal 2.2.2 for Windows
Windows 7, Vista or Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
