The crash may be because of a software bug, or because of an incompatibility between
CrystalMaker and one or more control panels or extensions loaded into your system.
Firstly, try some troubleshooting.
If you still cannot fix the problem please e-mail

or fax (+44 1865 854805) our technical support mentioning your problem, and
giving the following information:-
- The sequence of steps that led to the crash.
- Version of CrystalMaker (in CrystalMaker, use the
About CrystalMaker command from the CrystalMaker menu
[Mac OS X]to get the version number; or in the Finder, click on the
CrystalMaker program icon and select Get Info from the File menu).
- Colour mode you were using (i.e., Photo Colour, Greyscale, or
Black & White).
- Version of the operating system you are using (e.g., Mac OS X 10.2.6).
- Your Macintosh model.
- Details of any other programs you were running at the same time
as CrystalMaker.
If the problem you reported turns out to be a software bug in CrystalMaker,
we promise to work with you to ensure that this is fixed as soon as
possible.
