The crash may be because of a software bug, or because of an
incompatibility between CrystalMaker and one or more control panels
or extensions loaded into your system.

Update your software!
Your first step should be to check that you are using the
most recent version of the program. If necessary, visit
our Software Updates
page and download a free update.

Basic Troubleshooting.
If problems persist, try some troubleshooting.

Still no joy? Don't suffer in silence - let us know! It
could be that you've stumbled on a genuine bug, and we'll
be happy to work with you to resolve this, wherever possible -
after all, your loss could be other people's gain if we can
resolve the problem for all our users!
Please contact technical support,
mentioning your problem, and giving the following information:
- The sequence of steps that led to the crash.
- Version of CrystalMaker (in CrystalMaker, use the
About CrystalMaker command
from the Application
menu (Mac) or the Help menu
(Windows).
- Colour mode you were using (i.e., Photo Colour, Greyscale, or
Black & White).
- Your computer model (e.g., "Dell Dimension 8000" or "Apple iMac, Intel Core Duo")
- Version of the operating system you are using (e.g., "Windows XP Service Pack 2" or "Mac OS X 10.5.5").
- Details of any other programs you were running at the same time
as CrystalMaker.
It shouldn't take you more than a few minutes to tell us
this, and you'll find that we act very swiftly (typically
within a few hours) to get back to you. In some cases we've
fixed problems and issued free updates within a few hours!
