1. Choose the Arrow Tool from the Toolbar.


2. Click on any atom in your target molecule. The atom should be shown highlighted, indicating that it has been selected.


3. Choose the Selection > Hide > Other Molecules command. All atoms, apart from those in your target molecule, are hidden.

The Transform Menu has a dedicated Optimize Range submenu, which allows you to hide or repair fragmented molecules, and to generate an optimum unit cell view.
