CrystalMaker® 2.1.2 Update for Windows
(Requires an existing CrystalMaker 2 installation)

Licensed CrystalMaker 2 for Windows users may download a free update from this page. This is a compliance-checking update: you are required to have a previous version of CrystalMaker 2 for Windows successfully-installed and licensed on your PC.

If you are not a licensed user, you are welcome to download a free demonstration version of CrystalMaker, which includes crystal and molecule example files, and can also be used as a free viewer for CIF, PDB, ICSD and many other file formats.

CrystalMaker 2 is a major new version of CrystalMaker with over 100 new features, compared with the previously-shipping version 1.4.5. Version 2.1 added the option of live rotation of diffraction patterns, three new file formats, faster data import, a customizable window toolbar, enhanced plane/angle calculations, porosity calculation and much more.

The latest version, 2.1.2, includes support for signed torsion angles, a powerful new Atom Info tool, improved ATOMS file import and CIF export, plus miscellaneous interface improvements and bug fixes.

We recommend that all CrystalMaker 2 users install this free update as soon as possible.

Update Notes and Instructions
  1. Before you attempt to install this update, you must have first successfully installed (and licensed) your copy of CrystalMaker from the original CD-ROM. You cannot run this update on a "clean" system.

  2. The update package is zip-encoded, and contains a single installer program.

  3. To install the CrystalMaker update, open (or unzip) the installer archive, then double-click the installer program icon.

Before you download: you must already have purchased and installed a full version of CrystalMaker 2 for Windows. This update will NOT update earlier versions of CrystalMaker!
